Defeating the payday lenders 60-40 in 2008 was a victory for all Arizonans.

The payday lenders tried to push 400% interest rates – indefinitely.

And they failed – spectacularly.

But they will not go away without a fight.  They will try to remove the 2010 sunset and continue their license to charge predatory interest rates.

AND WE WILL BE THERE TO STOP THEM!

We vow to hold our legislators accountable.  We will not let the payday loan sharks write their own laws any longer!  Together, we will restore responsible lending laws to Arizona.
